Animator’s Palate
The Animator’s Palate was my favorite restaurant we ate at aboard the Disney Dream Cruise ship! I loved the decor, cute details, food and Turtle Talk with Crush!
Turtle Talk with Crush
During your meal, make sure to watch the ocean screens to see Crush! He is not out all the time, but swims by every once in awhile. If you are sitting by a table with a screen, crush will come talk to you and your group. He teaches you the rules of being awesome, asks you questions, and is just a lot of fun! That was my favorite part of dinner!
The Menu
There were lots of great items to pick from! The thing I loved about all the restaurants is if you had any eating restrictions or requests, the staff did such an amazing job at accommodating! On a Disney cruise, you can order as much or as little as you want! It is awesome! There were so many things we wanted to try, so we got them all and shared the food around the table.
The Vibe
This is Bree and Jake getting ready to order dinner! Can you spot the back of the chairs look like Mickey’s pants?! heheh too cute! At Animation Academy in Hong Kong, the classroom had similar chairs too these.
All of the plates, butter knifes, menus, etc. had touches of paint brushes or something to do with animation.
The Food
These two entree dishes were the Herb Crusted Pork Chop and the Lemon-Thyme Marinated All Natural Chicken Breast.
Mickey ice cream bars are on the kids menu, but you can order them as an adult as well! They put Mickey sprinkles on the chocolate, so it makes it even more tasty!
How cute is this carrot cake?! Loved all the food presentation at this restaurant! The carrot cake was super delicious too!
