Red Rose Tavern
The Red Rose Tavern appeared shortly after the live Beauty and Beast was announced. It used to be Pinocchio Village Haus but turned into the Red Rose Tavern.
The Decor
If you are over by the Fantasy Theater you can still see Pinocchio’s cat Figaro out side, but the front of the restaurant and inside are transformed. It still has the same vibe to it but the pictures and stained glass are replaced to be Beauty and the Beast themed.
My favorite decor item is a glowing red rose. You can find it when you go to place your order and look up.
The Menu
Flat bread pizzas and Burgers are the main dishes. To see the full menu and prices, check here.
The Food
This is the Chicken Sandwich A La Lumiere! It came with a side of Pommes Frites. If you have had the pomme frites at Cafe Orleans, these are the same just without the dipping sauce! They are super tasty! The chicken sandwich was really good as well. I liked it so much I ordered it again when I went back.
The flat bread pizza wasn’t my favorite. I have had some good flat bread pizzas before at Disneyland but this one I didn’t love. It was the Pulled Pork Flat Bread.
The Grey Stuff
Try the Grey Stuff Gateau is $5.49, its delicious! Don’t believe me, ask the dishes! But in all seriousness…..it really is so amazing! The outside is like a cookies and cream moose. Inside has a red velvet cake with a raspberry! It’s fantastic! If you have had the Grey stuff at Walt Disney World, this is diffrent and a MUST EAT!
I have split this dessert a few times, but it’s very yummy…next time I am getting my own!
The Vlog
Want to see the inside of the dessert or hear McKenzie and I’s full review? Come join us as we dine at the Red Rose Tavern at Disneyland.
