Cove Bar

I didn’t expect this to be a throwback post!  Sadly the Cove Bar at Paradise Pier is now closed!  No joke….. this was my favorite place to eat at California Adventure and would be where I would take any friends or family when we where here!  The Cove Bar had such fun drinks and appetizers!  I am hoping when Pixar Pier launches these items show up on some menus throughout the park!

The Menu

Isn’t this a cute menu?! It came in a fun book with all the drink options and at the end had the appetizers.

The Drinks

The drink left is the Cotton Candy Lemonade and on the right is the Sparkling No-Jito.  I always loved to get this lemonade because the cotton candy treat on top really makes it picture perfect!

My favorite part of the Cove Bar was the view.  You could see the rollercoaster, Mickeys Fun Wheel shining bright.  The Cove Bar was tucked back behind Ariel’s Grotto and so you could miss it easily, but it had such great views!

These are the Lobster nachos!  Jake loved them with the Lobster but I loved to get them with the tri tip instead.  You could also order them with chicken.  These nachos were so fresh, crispy and stacked with yummy toppings! They will be missed!

These are the nachos with steak!  Is your mouth drooling yet?! … Because mine is!  Hoping this tasty concoction shows up somewhere else in the park soon!
